Application form

Glastonbury Festival 2024 will be held on the 28th, 29th & 30th June 2024.

A limited number of hospitality tickets (£750 + VAT) are available for companies in the music industry and associated media companies to purchase, with priority given to those directly involved with artists performing on the main stages at the Festival. Please ensure your completed form is submitted no later than Friday 8th March 2024. Please note the form will not submit until all required fields (including confirmation you have accepted the terms and conditions on behalf of your company) have been completed. You will receive an automatic receipt to confirm your submission has been received.

The number of hospitality tickets offered to each company will be at the discretion of the Festival, and in the situation of demand exceeding the number of tickets available, not all applications will be successful. We will notify applicants as to the status of their application in early April. If your order is successful, you will be invoiced with payment due within 14 days of the invoice date. Glastonbury Festival Events Ltd cannot guarantee that orders will be honoured if companies do not make payment within this time frame. Any unpaid or unnamed tickets will be reallocated.

Hospitality car park tickets (if required) must be purchased in advance (£80 + VAT). We would encourage you to bring your party in a full car or minibus in order to reduce carbon emissions and congestion. Please note, cars arriving at the hospitality car park without a hospitality car pass will be directed to the public car parks or charged a surcharge of £120 per vehicle.

Please note: You must not include information relating to any other individual unless you have their permission to do so. If you are completing this form on behalf of someone else, please ensure you have their permission to submit their personal data to us.

While Hospitality tickets will not incorporate a photograph, they are subject to strictly controlled distribution. Before your tickets are issued, you will be required to submit a list of the names of each ticket holder, to be printed on your tickets. When you receive the tickets they will already have these individuals’ names printed on them. Hospitality ticket holders will need to carry photo ID which matches up with the names on the tickets.

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold or used for any unauthorised commercial activity. We reserve the right to refuse admission.

Information about accommodation options for Hospitality Ticket holders will be provided to successful applicants with their ticket invoices.

The personal information provided as part of your hospitality ticket application, will be stored and processed by the Festival team, solely for the purpose of processing your hospitality ticket application, and if your application is successful, printing tickets with ticket holders’ details. The data you provide on this application will be stored for a maximum of 5 Festival cycles. If you no longer wish to receive information about hospitality tickets for the Festival, and would like to remove your details from the hospitality ticket system, please contact hospitality@glastonburyfestivals.co.uk
